PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button in the product detail page.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. For speed of checkout, you are not required to register. However, these are the following benefits to registering: ease of reordering, send us a message with your account, add items to, and view your Wish List, view past order details, ability to rate and review the products you purchased.
To register, please choose a user name and password that is easy for your to remember. Return customers will save
time by simply inserting their username and password.

You can add an item to your wish List be clicking on the "Add to Wish List" button located in the product description. You can email your Wish List to others and also log in later to view your Wish List.
To delete an item from your shopping cart, un-click the check mark next to the item. Then click on "Recalculate".
For your convenience, we have installed a Shopping Cart where you may use your major credit card for secured on-line payments. We also offer Paypal, best used if you already have a Paypal account set up and are familiar with it. When selecting this option you will be redirected to the PayPal website. We also accept money orders. Your order will not be processed until the payment is received. Payment is expected within 2 weeks from your order date, or it will be cancelled and returned to inventory.

Our keepsakes are hand made upon order by the artist. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be received. We will notify you if there will be a significant time delay or backorder. Some items may vary slightly from the picture shown, due to the availability of the components used. All of our jewelry over $30 comes in a beautiful black velveteen pouch with gold foil logo, ready to give as a gift or for safekeeping when not in use. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back within 30 days of your receipt for a Refund or Exchange, less the shipping cost. You must email us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund must be in perfect resellable condition. If we must remake the piece (ex. chipped crystals) a 20% restocking fee will deducted from the exchange or refund price. If parts need to be replaced (ex. scratched message beads) our cost of replacing these parts will also be deducted from the exchange or refund price. Items with engraving are NOT returnable, unless there was an error on our part.
Any jewelry item that is subject to normal wear and tear may eventually break. We try to ensure that each piece is constructed in the best possible way to avoid breakage. We guarantee our workmanship for 60 days from the receipt of your purchase. We reserve the right to determine if you will receive a replacement piece, or a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received an item as a Gift, you may return the item for an Exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in perfect resellable condition. If we must remake the piece (ex. chipped crystals) a 20% restocking fee will deducted from the exchange price. If parts need to be replaced (ex. scratched message beads) our cost of replacing these parts will also be deducted from the exchange price. Items received as gifts may NOT be returned for cash value, only store credit will be issued once the items has been sent back and inspected by us. Gifts with personalized engraving may not be returned or exchanged.
You may send back a broken item to be repaired after the first 60 days at a nominal labor charge, please email us first to discuss your needs and to obtain a quote on repair costs and return shipping charge.
If you are sending back an item for repair, return, or exchange, please package well and Insure the item for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for uninsured items that get lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Do not allow children to handle or play with this or any jewelry, as it contains small parts which could pose a choking hazard.

Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information
(name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an
account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you
will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for
your convenience, and to process our orders only. We use Authorize.net and Paypal to process the credit card payments. These systems are secure and encrypted, so you can order safely online with your credit card. We are not able to see your full credit card number.
The information you
provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not
distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not
